Threepio SMS Terms

These terms govern the Threepio SMS program, a private household-assistant messaging service operated by Paul Brambilla.

Program and eligibility

Threepio SMS provides requested information, reminders, and household coordination. It is available only in the United States to people personally invited by the operator. Participation requires verbal consent after the program disclosures are read. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything.

Messages, frequency, and charges

Message frequency varies with participant use and is typically fewer than 10 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply. Participants are responsible for charges under their mobile plans.

Help and contact

Reply HELP or INFO for help. Additional support is available at threepio.brambilla.us/sms/ or from the operator who personally invited you.

Opt-out and re-subscription

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. After confirmation, no further program messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe. Reply START or UNSTOP to re-subscribe.

Delivery and carrier terms

Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed or unavailable because of carrier, network, device, or service conditions. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Appropriate use

Threepio is for routine household assistance, not emergency services, medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, or other time-critical professional services. Do not rely on SMS delivery for urgent situations.

Privacy

Information is handled according to the Threepio Privacy Policy. Mobile information and consent are not sold or shared for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes and termination

The operator may change, suspend, or end the program, or update these terms, to maintain the service or meet legal and carrier requirements. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date. A participant may end participation at any time by replying STOP.
