Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Threepio, operated by Paul Brambilla, handles information for its private household-assistant service and SMS program.

Information collected

Threepio may process a participant’s phone number, message content, message timing and delivery status, opt-in or opt-out status, and limited operational logs. It may also process information a participant voluntarily includes in a request.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate approved participants, deliver and respond to messages, perform requested household-assistant tasks, honor consent choices, maintain reliability and security, and troubleshoot the service. Threepio does not use SMS information for advertising.

Service providers and disclosure

Information is disclosed only as needed to providers that support message delivery, hosting, and assistant processing, or when required by law. These providers process information to provide their services, not for Threepio marketing.

Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties except service providers necessary to operate the program or as required by law.

Retention and access

Information and operational logs may be retained only as long as reasonably needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and document consent for the private service. Access is limited to the operator and the supporting service providers needed to run the service.

Security

Threepio uses access controls, authenticated message intake, and restricted operator access intended to reduce unauthorized use. No system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Choices and contact

SMS participants can reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, or START or UNSTOP to re-subscribe. For privacy questions, contact the operator who personally invited you or use the help instructions on the SMS program page.

Policy changes

This policy may be updated when the service or its legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
